Super Joe Sakic is the ninth highest-scoring player in NHL history, having scored 625 goals and assisted on 1,016 more in his storied career. The captain of the Avalanche led the team to two Stanley Cup titles while claiming the Hart, Lady Byng, Pearson, and Conn Smythe trophies. Elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2017, Sakic is the architect of the current dominant Avalanche teams.
