The Denver Gold was an original member of the United States Football League, a challenger to the NFL during the early 1980’s. The gridiron gang in Denver competed from 1983 to 1985, when the league folded. The Gold was known for its spectacular logo, former NFL star Craig Morton coaching the team, and leading the USFL in attendance. Artifacts from the USFL are highly collectible, and this one is no different.
