The Denver Grizzlies called Colorado home for just one season, 1994-95, not because they were a commercial flop, but because the Quebec Nordiques moved to Denver and became the Avalanche, supplanting the menacing bears. The Grizzlies sported a world-class logo, which is featured on the ticket, and went on to win the IHL Turner Cup championship in the Spring of 1995, a major accomplishment during their lone season in the Mile High City. Given the Grizzlies short stay in Denver, these tickets are very rare, especially in mint, unused condition.
